today is an off day, gonna eat a shitload of food, and study for a history test:) gotta carb up today so im ready for quads and chest tomorrow:D

nah man 180 is out of my league, i could probably pull 170 kg for a max, but thats about it. yeah my strenght on the deads is better when i do em first, but i like doing em at the end when im thoroughly warmed up+ to me its not the number one back exercise...

here are some recent fatty pics for u guys, weight is about 90 kg:) so im now 8-9 kg up from when i was cutting waist is about 6-7 cm bigger than when i was cutting, but hell im gonna reach 100 kg this bulk, next update will be when im at 95:tiphat:

cool pics....great leg session!........wish i could keep a trim waste like you, im like a 41 inch waste lol, mind you when i was last cut around the 90 kg mark it was a 36-38 inch waste, so it think im born wide, but my shoulders are ever wider sick..................jihaa...............do you mean yeeeeehaaaaawwwww, why do you euro guys use a J for a Y..................keep up the good work B-unit

Great stuff Bulky. Them high rep squats look killer! Arms looking pretty brutal too! Good work on the incline presses at the end of the session. Solid weight!!

did 3 sets of crunches, 3 sets of hanging leg raises and knee bends for abs. went down in the wardrobe, drank a mass gainer shake, went back up and did 25 minutes of cardio. 5 minutes of 6km, 5 minutes of 9km, 5 minutes of 12km, one minute of 15 km, then 5 more of 9 km before walking for the last 5. felt good afterwards:)

dang dude sup with all that volume lol i haven't done cardio in so long bet that felt good though. Looking big in those pics as well man.
