Those dips are impressive man. Weighted dips after a heavy chest workout isn't something people see often anymore. Isn't it awesome when you the gym to yourself?! Your lucky, when I go to my school gym I'm lucky if there isn't 20 people in the little ass room at one time!

that was it, 50 minutes in the gym today, deads took alittle longer than i thought.

did some abs in the end too, 60 situps supersetted with 20 hanging leg raises. pretty much to failure.

It's crazy how long dead lifts take right?? You're erectors are going to be huge after throwing around that weight. Keep it up! by the way, I'm thinking about adding some weight to my chinning as well. How are the semi low reps (5 or 6) treating you? Do you get a good feel from them and have you seen results?

Man those deadlifts rock! Btw did u do shrugs and dl before going to chins? because its god damn hard! great workout! :xyxthumbs: BTW can you do somekind of max-ot workout program to me because I have been doing these 4-6reps to failure and I just love it!

Chest day was solid man, heavy presses and dips!

Back workout was awesome! Super heavy deads! chins look great, barbell rows are sick and those BB shrugs are supreme buddy! nice job :2:

thanks heaps fellas. and pistolpete, so far i feel the low reps are doing me good, feel fuller and stronger already, cant see much noticeable improvements, but i just started max ot 2 weeks ago, so cant expect drastic physical changes yet

. pghi, sorry for taking so long, about max ot, its very easy, just google it, and go to asts homepage and select ur own workout. it doesent matter how ur split looks like as long as u employ the max ot principles of low reps, postive failure, low volume ect.

Nice squats dude - you know u go deep when your butt touch the calves :gaygay: The rest og the session looks good overall - especially the stiff legged deadlifts! And don't know if I would be able to keep the volume this low though ? but then again - i'm a complete volume-junkie.
