thanks alot guys:2: and ye essensen, it takes soem time getting used too, im used to high volume too, and after almost every session i feel like doing more, but i have to follow the set up and dont get tempted if i want it to work, the sets are very intense and to failure:)

Sorry ive missed your workouts mate! been busy with uni work.

You've had some awesome sessions to say the least. MP are very impressive on the delt workout man, 70kg for 5 reps is awesome. Arm workout last week was great, heavy close grip benches as usual and 50kg extensions is fantastic man and then you followed that up with very heavy bicep work!Great leg workout, 130kg ATG is crazy shit man and your stiffies at the end of the workout are crazy :ughnoes: And the workout today was just as impressive as the others. Heavy flat and incline presses and as always incredible dips bro :D

Great job with them workouts man :2: i'm looking forward to that back workout tommorow!! :)

There we go, textbook session. Nothing like pounding calves post workout. Quite painful if you ask me. Anyway, awesome work on your lifts. Always a nice lock to some lurk.

thanks heaps as always guys:2: and lance, dont worry, focus on the stuff thats important, and i gotta say checking my log everyday should not be ur nr 1 priority. keep focusing on studies, it will pay off:) and im sorry i havent dropped by ur log as much as i should either, that goes for everyone else too.

Awesome workout man! :D Deadlifts are awesome as usual. chins are great, BB rows are ridiculous as always and those shrugs are getting mad man 160kg for 6 reps. Nice job man :2:

so far i really like it, i like the short time spent in the gym etc, and its cool moving heavy weights. i actually feel fuller and bigger too, before i was constantly fatigued from the previous workouts, because of all the sets and reps i was doing. thats not the case anymore. i guess i have to just keep going and see where it leads me. i like trying a new approach though, i needed a change anyway:tiphat:

Great sessions my friend. Delt session is strong with heavy MP's and crazy weight on those side laterals! :2:

And arm day is the shit man, 102.5kg for reps on CGB is awesome man! wft, skullcrushers are crazy!! and you finished all that with extremely heavy bicep work, 55kg barbell curls and 25kg incline curls.

You are incredibly strong bro, nice job :2:

That close grip bench is impressive dude! Your bench is going to sky rocket from that session! My leg routine in today as well! I'll be stopping by to check out your log. Check out my log for mine as well, we can analyze eachothers workouts. Now go after that iron!

nice bro, i'm glad that it works, actually i might give it a try in the near future, because now my program is like yours 1 month ago high volume,and i like trying something new :linedrunk:
arms session looks solid man, good work but what about some updates, where's teh legz? :tear:
