did calves in the end, 39 grueling reps with 150 kg on the standing calf raise machine, supersetted that with some seated calf raises.

great cg presses bro, the weight and reps have increased nicely since your last training program, good work and damn 39 reps for calves :keke:, i bet they are sore as hell now, keep it up :xyxthumbs:

leg extensions(did higher reps here today, my knees just cant take 4-6 reps on this one)

stretched out my hams and lower back real good, and then did 2 sets of machine crunches for abs, i feel doing alittle abs on leg and back day helps take some stress of my lower back.

thanks mate, what do u think i could go heavier on? i push myself pretty hard, sure i could do more with squats if i didnt go ATG, but i prefer going all the way down now. as for leg extensions, thats a single pulley machine, and its pretty hard, i have yet to see anyone at my gym use more than 60 kg on it.(it goes to 80)

ye i have more of a HIT approach atm, less volume and more instense sets. i still do abit more sets than u and lance though;) so far i like it, feel i recover better, and im more motivated and feel fuller. before i would train to fatigue, 2-2,5 hours in the gym with 20+ sets, i would be pretty much dead after every workout and never fully recovered. ive now learned that thats not what building muscle is about.

Way to go Bulk looking good and getting strong, if you knee bothers you on leg ext i'd suggest a knee sleeve for support, tight enough to hold but not cut off circulation.

And umm my belief is squats is the best invention ever... after and only after porn. :gnd:

Flat barbell press:

incline smith machine press:

100kgx5
100kgx4 i spent too much time getting in position here...
100kgx5

dips:

1 warmup set

me+45kgx3 dissapointed with not getting 4 reps here, next week ill probably go back to 40 kg and try to get 6 reps with that.

did calves in the end, 42 reps with 150 kg on standing calf raises:D then another set for 27 reps, supersetted both sets with seated calf raises.

But awesome workouts you've been having, leg sessions was awesome dude!

Fantastic work today, your bench strength seems to be going up every single week which is great. Awesome dips and those calf raises are freaky man, i bet you felt that burn on them cows. Great work buddy :2:

yeah buddy, last chest session was something like 105 for 3 reps and now 110 for 4-5 reps, great job Bulky,keep it up with this kind of improvements :2:

It has been a while since i last checked your log and one can see the difference!. Some super-cereal sessions dude :keke: Strong squatting, benching and everyting but man....those calves raises are FREAK
