Very heavy squats there for ATG, followed up with heavy hacks and extensions. And what the fuck, those SLD's are fucking crazy, that strength has come up a lot. Good job bro :2:

Damn man - great sessions. Those MP's and DB laterals are huge. Good weight on the ATG squat - all 3 sessions look superb.

energy was pretty low today, had to train early again which sucks, but i persevered, and it turned out as a pretty okay workout.

Flat Barbell press:

3 warmup sets

incline smith press:

100kgx6 last one barely, i may have lifted my ass slightly from the pad:ughnoes:

dips:

me+40kgx5

did calves in the end, 2 sets of standing and 2 sets of seated calf raises.

thats it, legs tomorrow. dissappointed with the close grip bench today, i was really hoping for 5 reps with 110 kg. but what can u do, my shoulders were toast after the military pressing yesterday, im suspecting that could be the reason. ill try to get it for 5 next time, and if i dont i have to consider dropping the weight back to where i can get 6 reps and then increase from there again.

Yo awesome session man, your arms must have been like a baloon!! That close grip bench is solid man, but Im going to have to agree with you about the military press. If you worked shoulders with that movement the day before, your almost always going to be affected the day after on another sort of pressing movement. I always keep a day in between shoulders and triceps. And sometimes thats not even enough!

Awesome workouts man! Delt session is great with crazy MP's and side laterals :ughnoes: And you ended it all with crazy calf raises! Todays session was strong as hell, 110kg CGP, jesus man. And those skullcrushers are something, that is an amzing amount of weight, you'll be repping 60kg soon. I see the weight on the barbell curls have gone up, that is awesome that your curling that much.

You just keep getting stronger and stronger and I know you'll be getting bigger. Keep it up mate :2:

Are those lying leg curls done with a dumbell or cable machine? Nice session there bulkboy!
