110kgx6 i dropped back alittle on weight here, to be able to pull all the way into the gut and focus on contraction

overhand pullups: ( long time since doing these, but they felt good, didnt know where my strenght was on em, so just went with bodyweight)

mex6 easy, adding some weight next week

underhand cable row:

90kgx6

barbell shrugs:

1 warmup set

170kgx5

thats it, did 1 set of crunches and 1 set of hanging leg raises for abs in the end, stretched my lats and lower back good too. tomorrow is delts, stay tuned:xyxthumbs:

great job man, deads looks good, the same with chinups and bb rows. Next time maybe you'll try for 5 reps with the same weight on deads ? :linedrunk: you're def gonna catch up your old records (200+) for reps bro, keep it up :2:

Awesome back session buddy :) Heavy deasd there followed by superheavy chins. Barbell rows are crazy and not to mention those barbell shrugs. Nice job pal :D

Weights on the rows and deads are solid. Next week you're busting out more reps...without a doubt. Sorry have been here, good to know you're still killing the weights.

Oh, and deadlifts are far superior to ab work than leg raises. Just thought i'd throw that out there :tiphat:

Nice Deadlifts bro, really damn heavy!

Also, that's a very wise decision on BB rows. The exercise won't do shit for you if you can't hold it at the contraction for a second. That's really going to help you in the long run. Way to be mature and control the weight, and not let the weight control you!

3 warmup sets(one light effort set for 20 reps, one medium effort set for 10 reps, and one heavy effort set for 6 reps)

tried the 27,5 kg dumbells here, but they were just too heavy for me to be able to do em with good form, so i went back to the 25 kgs. i will up the reps on these to 6-8 so ill be better able to progress in weight.

bent over rear lateral raises:

did some cardio in the end. 15 minutes on the treadmill.

good work with changing back to 25 kg db's for higher reps, in 1-2 weeks your form will be good enough for 27,5 or heavier, keep it up bro :2:

Yo bro good workout there! Some heavy military pressing going on as well.

For the dumbell lateral raise. I don't do this exercise, but I know a way to break through plataues with a certain technique. This is how it goes. Hold onto something, about chest level with you. Maybe a seat that has a pad going at a 90 degree angle for a shoulder press or something. Put your one hand on the support, and use your other hand to do the lateral raise. You can use a bit of momentum at the top, and bend over a little at the bottom. By doing one arm at a time and having your other hand fixed on something for support you should be able to get that 27.5 kg DB to good use!
