Conventional deadlifts off the floor:
3 warmup sets
185kgx4
185kgx4
185kgx4
Underhand chins: (deadhang)
1 warmup set
me+20kgx5
me+20kgx4
barbell rows:
1 warmup set
110kgx6
110kgx6 i dropped back alittle on weight here, to be able to pull all the way into the gut and focus on contraction
overhand pullups: ( long time since doing these, but they felt good, didnt know where my strenght was on em, so just went with bodyweight)
mex6
mex6 easy, adding some weight next week
underhand cable row:
90kgx6
barbell shrugs:
1 warmup set
170kgx5
thats it, did 1 set of crunches and 1 set of hanging leg raises for abs in the end, stretched my lats and lower back good too. tomorrow is delts, stay tuned
