Nice work bud, I finished the high reappage entry cycle my self and on monday will be starting a heavy low rep mass/strength building scheme.

All your lifts are looking progressively heavier nice job man! I really like your log, and style of lifting. I feel like you and I have a very similar approach to gaining mass.

Chest workout is great, strong flat BB presses and awesome strength on the inclines and dips as usual man.

great chest and back workout Bulky, this kinda program max-ot looks a bit similar to smolov imo, because i think after a few weeks/months, your max at deads and bench will increase, the same for squats ... where are them ?

nah i wouldnt say its like smolov, smolov is more of an advanced strenght cycle from my understanding with planned progressing lined out for you. Max OT on the other hand is all about going in and pounding urself with maximum weight within the 4-6 range. u dont have to increase the weight everytime, but one should aim for it.

as for my max lifts, i dont know quite where theyre at atm. 125 kg is my best bench, deadlift my best is 210 kg and squat right now is probably around 150-160 kg. if i was to go paralell i would be able to squat more, but since changing to ATG ive found im weaker in the bottom position. its a world of difference imo.

delts were fried, did some cardio in the end, 15 minutes of fast pace walking on the highest incline on the mill.

Now you have got to 6 reps on both the lateral raises, does that now mean your going to increase the weight so you fail at 4, then work your way up to 6 and then increase weight again?

Nice Mp's bud, that lock out is all tricep got hit them up and punish them for being bitches on that last Rep, but looking good man looking good.

so far i like it, i feel fuller and better. before i would walk around in a dreamworld, i was so overtrained, im on my way out of that state now. im more awake, have more energy through the day and spend less time in the gym. so far so good:tiphat:

yes i will increase the weight on laterals next time:xyxthumbs: for isolation exercises i try to reach 6 reps before increasing weight, but in the deadlifts feks im satisfied if i get 4 reps. 4 reps with a weight in the deadlift is good enough for me to bump it up. mostly i go by instinct, when i feel confident with a weight i try to increase alittle. the problem with always trying to bump it up one rep, is that when u go that low in rep range increasing with a whole rep can be problematic, u know going from 4 to 5 is alot harder than going from 7 to 8. therefore i think it makes more sense to add 5 pound and try to get that for the same number of reps u know:tiphat: thanks for checking in bro:xyxthumbs:
