Nice work bud, I finished the high reappage entry cycle my self and on monday will be starting a heavy low rep mass/strength building scheme.
great chest and back workout Bulky, this kinda program max-ot looks a bit similar to smolov imo, because i think after a few weeks/months, your max at deads and bench will increase, the same for squats ... where are them ?

Now you have got to 6 reps on both the lateral raises, does that now mean your going to increase the weight so you fail at 4, then work your way up to 6 and then increase weight again?
