Are those lying leg curls done with a dumbell or cable machine? Nice session there bulkboy!

Im thinking of trying those barbell hack squats!

thanks bro:2: the lying leg curls are in a single pulley machine. so its harder than most other leg curl machines. it goes to 70 kg.

u should definetely give those bb hacks a try bro, they are great, really feel em in the teardrop at the insertion points of the quads. made them a staple in my workout.

^^ oh ok man! those leg curls are heavy! the single standing leg curl machine in my gym goes up to 50kg and i can barely get 10 good reps! lying on legged is def much harder! Good job man!

Extremely heavy ATG squats there man, i havent tried them yet but i know they are difficult! Those bb hack squats are great too! now you have reached 6 reps with that weight, are you going to increase the weight or get more reps out of it? Those lying hamstring curls are crazy bro. great job in the gym this week brother :)

i like how you didnt go overboard like so meny ppl do with training legs, i see people do like 12 - 15 sets just for quads..... :49:

any chance you could explain more about those BB hack squats? they are not like normal hack squats are they on the machine sled?

Quality job. Deads were fantastic and your grip must be well good to do all that heavy pulling work in a row. The following sessions were equally supreme!

ok todays session was not like i wanted it too, my training partner was sick so i was unable to get a spot on the bench and had to play it safe. this is one of the downfalls of max ot, when ur working in such a low rep range and to failure ur pretty much dependent on a spotter in exercises like the bench.

Flat barbell press:

3 warmup sets

112,5kgx4
112,5kgx3
112,5kgx3 on every set i wanted to try for one more, but couldnt risk it

low incline smith press:

102,5kgx5
102,5kgx4

dips:

1 warmup set

me+40kgx6

did calves in the end...

thanks alot storm:tiphat: ye, i was actually feeling pretty good today, but sucked that i had to safe the bench. well well, what can ya do. if i dont have a spotter next time, i will have to do my benching in the smith machine.

my morning weight atm is 88,5 kg:)

Great session there man! Your bench is awesome and i know you could have gotten more on your own if you had somone there to reassure you incase you didnt make it up. Your dips are crazy aswell. Nice one man :2:

Awesome workout there BB. Supreme deadlifts to start the session off and what the hell, 120kg X 5 reps on the barbell row!?! Thats fantastic, that is one of your strongest movements buddy, i'm nowhere near that. And you finished your workout with your crazy shrugs. Great job man :xyxthumbs:
