awesome workout, felt strong all the way through and the pump was magnificent. everything just felt right today, got a good amount of sleep and had 3 solid meals in me before hitting the gym today so i think that made the difference.

did 20 minutes of cardio on the incline treadmill afterwards. tomorrow ill be doing arms, be sure to check it out:tiphat:

Collosal workout there bro. Your MP is through the roof, weight is really coming on, and holy moly, those side laterals are awesome bro, great strength you have in your side delts not to mention every body part. Solid upright rows aswell bro. Glad to see your progressing so extremely well. Whats your current stats, weight? and have you measured your body parts to see if your growing? Because seen as though your stength has come up so much your bound to have gotten bigger, not dramtically but enough to tell by the tape.

thanks heaps lance for the encouraging words. im not quite sure how much ive progressed size wise. honestly i always have trouble noticing myself improve, im very self critical. i do feel fuller though, and i think my back, traps, delts and especially triceps have come up. people have commented my arms look better, so im gonna take it for what its worth, i do feel my triceps are alot better now. as for my back thats hard to judge for me since i cant see it, but seeing as i didnt deadlifted much before i would imagine my erectors and traps improving.

current measurements are as follows:

bodyweight: 88,5 kg morning weight
height: 5,8=174 cm

arms: 43,5 cm
forearms: 37 cm
legs: 68-69 cm
calves: 45 cm
chest/back: 118 cm
waist:84 cm

thats pretty much it, bf is reasonable. still have visible abs and my cardivascular form have been worse so i feel its going good so far.

You know people are always trying to tell me that ATG is bad for my knees but I've had less pain than ever since I began going all the way down and I'm going heavier than I was at parallel. Do you attribute the knee pain to ATG or do you get the same no matter how deep you squat?
