Your MP is through the roof, weight is really coming on, and holy moly, those side laterals are awesome bro, great strength you have in your side delts not to mention every body part. Solid upright rows aswell bro. Glad to see your progressing so extremely well. Whats your current stats, weight? and have you measured your body parts to see if your growing? Because seen as though your stength has come up so much your bound to have gotten bigger, not dramtically but enough to tell by the tape.
