Both sessions look great. Quality incline benching - my upper pecs suck too!
The deads were fantastic - awesome weight for those reps!

Max OT: Week 8: Day 4: Arms and calves!

Strong presses bro ,but those laterals are just huge.Where did that strenght came from??!!

haha, thanks bro. i have been progressing steadily on side laterals for awhile now. just been repping with strict form and progressing steadily in weight when i felt i could:)

thanks to everyone else:tiphat:

todays session:

Tricep paralell bar dips:

3 warmup sets

me+45kg*6
me+45kg*5

EZ bar Scullcrushers:

2 warmup sets

57,5kg*5
57,5kg*4

Rope pushdowns:

1 warmup set

35kg*8

Close grip straight bar curls:

2 warmup sets

50kg*6
50kg*6 jesus this was heavy:ugh:

standing alternating db curls:

25kg*7
25kg*6

awesome workout, my arms were pumped to hell:D

i liked substituting close grip bench for dips, felt it more in my tris, also the close grip was taking its toll on my shoulders, and therefore my recovery, think i made the right call switching around alittle.

Despite you not feeling at your best mate, thats a great workout. The squat poundage have increased and that must be hard considering your ATG form. The hacks are really heavy aswell. But man you ended that workout with a killer hammie blast...140kg X 5 reps on the stiff legges deadlift is awesome dude.

Hope you get your motivation back up to form by next week brother, I wanna see some sick workouts again :)

maybe wasn't your best day, but squats with 150 for 3-4 reps is great, and hacks 120 for 7 reps are def not so weak lol, keep up the good job bro, and next week will be different :2:

Max OT: Week 9: Day 1: Chest and calves!

^^ thanks alot guys, i guess i was just bummed only doing 150 kg squats, when i went to paralell i could do alot more, now 150 is heavy as shit, those extra cm makes such a difference for me, after never having squatted atg before im really weak in the bottom position, takes away alot of kgs from my former squats, but at the same time i feel it gives my hams a much better workout, and my hams have improved since i started doing it, so im gonna keep doing it.

todays workout was good, i was focused and motivated from the minute i touched the barbell.

Low incline bb press:

3 warmup sets

110kgx5
110kgx4

flat bb press:

100kgx8
100kgx5

decline bb press:

105kgx6
115kgx4

did calves in the end, was a good one.

im upping my reps to 6-8 on most exercises from now on, staying on 4 ocasionally, main reason is my joints starting to ache lately coupled with me feeling i stimulate hypertrophy better at that range, 4 doesent seem to do to much for me.

Great workout mate. Glad your motivation is up to par. Your very strong on the oncline press, thats an incredible amount of weight on the bar.

About the reps, I'm with you. I get much more in the way of hypertrophy out of using weights that make me hit the reps at 6-10 rather than 4 and below. The only time I will use 4 reps or lower is on the deadlift but I think I'm going to change that soon anyway and only do at least 6 reps on that.
