good work my brother :2:, any updates about the parallel dips? do you feel them better than the cg presses?

thanks bro:) actually i like the dips alot better so far, feel they give my tris a better workout overall, and they dont fatigue my shoulders and chest as much as the close grip bench did. so im gonna keep doing dips until i stagnate on them and then ill change things around again:)

so today is an off day really, but some friends wondered if i wanted to play some landhockey, and im all up for that, havent done it in awhile, and should be fun to do something different from the weights:2: little worried about my cardiovascular shape though:ugh::49:

ok next update tomorrow guys, gonna do some chest:2:

incline db flyes: wanted to spice things up alittle today

fair enough about that Bulky, if dips works better for you, at least for the moment you should keep doing this exercise.

about today's session, what can i say is great, inclines are nice, but the declines are stronger, good routine, kinda like Ronnie Coleman's one..inclines,flat and declines, keep it up bro :2:

Chest strength is looking good Bulky. Decline always seems easier I know but you eventually hit a plateau due to it being less stable because you can't put your feet on the floor.
