150kg*4 very happy, 2 more reps than last week, both were ass to calves.

BB hack squats:

125kg*7
125kg*7

single pulley leg extensions:

1 warmup set

52,5kg*9
52,5kg*8

lying leg curls:

1 warmup set

52,5kg*7
52,5kg*6

stiff leg deadlifts:

125kg*7

did one set of standing calf raises in the end, 47 reps with 150 kg supersetted with seated calf raises:D

Awesome workouts lately man! Your progressing constantly, numbers are just increasing every single week! no qeustions asked! thats the way it should be man, constant progression :)

your last workout was brutal, those ATG squats and hacks are fantastic and those stiffies at the end are great stuff. Looking forward to your next workout.
