banshee in my log thanks for checking in, really appreciate the words of inspiration yes im pleased with how the chins have been coming along, just hope i can keep up my strenght in them as my bodyweight goes up btw u should start up ur log again banshee, was a favourite of mine to check out, and new pics is a must as well

standing DB side lateral raises:

1 warmup set

bent over DB lateral raises:

BB upright rows:

1 warmup set

rear delt machine:

40kg*15 just to get some blood in there, not a failure set...

BB hack squats:

single pulley leg extensions:

1 warmup set

lying leg curls:

1 warmup set

stiff leg deadlifts:

125kg*7

did one set of standing calf raises in the end, 47 reps with 150 kg supersetted with seated calf raises
