Max OT: Week 11: Day 4: Legs!
i knew from the moment i started it was gonna be a bad workout, the warmups felt heavy, i felt unmotivated and tired.
ATG BB squats:
3 warmup sets
155kg*3 i got 6 with 150 last week, and now i got 3 with 155santawhat
155kg*2 just horrible-_- im too weak in the bottom it seems
after this showing my motivation was basically down the drain, felt like quitting right away, but i managed to drag myself through the rest, but it all felt subpar after the squats.
BB hack squats:
125kg*6
125kg*6
leg extensions:
1 warmup set
55kg*9
55kg*8
lying leg curls:
1 warmup set
52,5kg*8
52,5kg*7
stiff leg deadlifts:
125kg*7
done.
