solid session man...hows the army treating you? Is it voluntary or mandatory in norway?

mandatory for a certain amount of people. I myself was there in 08, joined in january left in december

monday was an off day, here is todays workout

CHEST:

flat bb press:

3 warmup sets

110kgx5+2 rest pause reps (could have gotten 6, but didnt attempt it because of lack of a spotter)+

incline db press:

42,5kgsx7+3 rest pause reps

incline flyes:
27,5kgx8 dropset-->20kgx6

cable crossovers:

pushups: (on the knuckles)
