hehe, ye volume is my thing, but i apply it differently now, with increased frequency, and not all those failure sets. thanks for supporting me as always tkD:2:

always impressive numbers in squating, impressive volume there and atg i now know how hard it is to do atg squats, good stuff buddy

Don't worry bulky I wont get mad, as long as you promise me you'll stop getting bigger and stronger lolol oj bro. What ever works for you man, ive currently stopped doing splits and started doing FB routines. There tuff but I feel it's something different which is what I needed althoug i'm still doing low volume, just increased the frequency. Also i discovered like you, my cardio was shite so hopefully this will kick it into gear aswell.

Anyway! Your strength has gone through the roof buddy, those ATG squats are incredible. Ive been doing them and there awesome, my numbers are very shallow though but i'm trying hard to catch you up.

That side like shot looks huge! Nice job man, as you no i'll be a regular lurker in here. My log will be up later on.

haha, thats a promise i cant keep lance. gotta keep up with u bro, u know i feel the same way as u in that regard:p ye, HIT is fine, and i may try it again sometime, but im a volume trainer by heart, and overall i think that works better for me. still overall i have decreased volume, but one set per exercise is just too little i feel, im not advanced enough to get the most out of that type of training. ye fb training sounds good, ive considered giving low volume fb training a go myself, ill most likely try the HST program then(hypertrophy specific training) its low volume and high frequency with differing rep ranges.

also im glad ur doing ATG squats man, dont worry about the numbers going down, it will be worth it when ur back up there again. full rom is always superior. man i had to take off alot of weight myself. went from 170-180 kg down to 120 kg just cause i was so weak in the bottom. im still not up to those old numbers, but i dont care, because it just feels so much better to be doing it right:)

ive just updated with two sessions:tear: check em out! today is my day off. cant train all the time, gotta recover for tomorrows workout.

on a sidenote, im sore as hell in the glutes, quads,
hams and most surprisingly calves today. must have done something right yesterdayxD
