Great session on Chest bulkboy! That's some really nice weight your pushing. How is the lower volume treating you? It's probably a little early to tell. But your strength looks great, can't complain with those numbers!

i think its working amazing so far, feel fuller, better and less burnt out+ my strenght is increasing steadily on all exercises:)

thats it, easy day today, middle of the week, so delts is nice to train, preparing for leg day tomorrow:D didnt do cardio, im playing landhockey once every week now for 2 hours, and i think thats enough cardio for a week.
