In time you will get stronger, but the weight is looking real nice especially going low like that on squats. Chest work out is looking nice but yea with low reps like that you'll at times not feel anything some sessions.

Max OT: Week 9: Day 3: Delts!

thanks guys^^:D

todays session was great, was feeling great from the moment i began, and i improved on every exercise while maintaining rock solid form:D

Standing bb military press:

3 warmup sets

80kg*6
80kg*5

standing dumbell side lateral raises:

1 warmup set

27,5kg*7
27,5kg*6

bent over dumbell lateral raises:

1 warmup set

25kg*6
25kg*6

barbell upright rows:

60kg*5

did cardio in the end, 20 minutes of fast pace walking/jogging on the highest incline on the treadmill, was actually a great calf workout, they were burning like hell when i was done.

think ill be doing legs tomorrow instead of arms, my delts and triceps need to recover alittle.

thanks freak, im pretty strong in the delts, always been delt dominant especially compared to my chest, i seem to feel better the more upright i get when pressing. my chest is weak so my bench doesent stand in proportion to my MP at all really, but oh well, just gotta keep working on it:)

well, im at week 9 of max ot now, and i dont wanna slow down, im still gaining both strenght wise and physically i feel, and my body doesent give me any signs of overtraining. my joints are aching alittle from time to time though, specially my elbows, which is why ive decided to up the reps from 4-6 to 6-8 on most exercises. im guessing ill be doing it until i notice that i really need that week off which is not yet:)

Max OT: Week 9: Day 4: Legs!

thanks heaps guys:)

decided to do legs instead of arms today, my shoulders and triceps were sore as hell so i didnt see it as smart to compromise recovery by doing arms.

ATG barbell squats:

4 warmup sets

150kgx5
150kgx3

barbell hack squats:

120kgx8
120kgx8

leg extensions:

1 warmup set

50kgx10
50kgx9

lying leg curls:

1 warmup set

50kgx8
50kgx7

stiff leg deadlifts:

1 warmup set

120kgx8

ok session, got one more solid rep on squats than last week, pleased with that, trained early so energy was low, but all in all im happy.

arms, calves and abs tomorrow, until then gents:xyxthumbs:

Delt session was great brother. Huge MP's and side laterals and what the hell ! I see you have increased the upright row, awesome stuff.

Leg workout today looked great too man, those ATG squats must be hard as hell and congrats on getting that one more rep than last week :2: Also you finished up with very heavy hamstring work mate.
