^^^ thank you....and IS......as i've said parallel squats for this guy now........slowly getting my strength up! It is def. a who new ball game but i hit 425 x 5-6 parallel this week, hoping to steadily increase
lol, just razzin ya.
Ass to the grass fool. Drop down to 275 or whatever or so if you have to, will do wonders for your glute/hamstring area which are tough to develop with naturals.
