I lifted something today. Bent Rows with semi-fat bar then pullups before we went out and did tire-drags in the street with a 80kg tire. I almost died.
I won't be able to get a safety squat bar for a month so I had a very stupid idea today...
ZERCHER SQUATS + SMOLOV
Did some back and front squats before working up to to a 130kg single with zerchers which I am going to use as my max. I could have probably managed another 10 or 20kg but I'm going to use a fairly conservative max for this cycle. I'm just going to do the initial mesocycle and then switch to safety squats for a full cycle once I get the bar.
