Nice work man! Stronger than my deadlifting. I've started DLing conventional instead of sumo, seems to aggrivate my leg less. Deadlift has dropped a lot hahahaha

After 3 days of birthday drinking I seem to have been left a little low on strength. The 205 and 230 were heavy as **** and the 8 reps were brutal and pisspoor because I got 10 in week 3. On the upside my knee sleeves arrived today and they felt good. Left after deads due to lack of time.

Went ok today despite my right elbow traveling too much and my right tricep dieing in the ass in the last couple of sets.

No tire work today either. I was suffering from an excruciating case of chafe after work. Chafe sucks.

Nothing stellar today, I repped 170kg for 8 last cycle and the squats almost killed me today. The weight moved fast but each set left me gasping for breath on the floor like I'd been tire dragging. Weaksauce week all round.
Also used my knee sleeves for the first time squatting today. They feel good while squatting although my knees are still feeling a bit beat right now. I'm going to have to research a bit more into after care for joints. Ice maybe?

Far from easy and far from pretty. Skipped the +8 reps at the end to because I didn't feel like it.
Hopefully I can get in a quick upper sesh tomorrow and then get my routine back to normal in the new year.
