Braaq - Thanks for the inspiration brother.

:tiphat: No problem, but coming back from training for a long you have taken off you are still very strong. Looking forward to you being back at 100% again.

Thanks for the kind words fellas. :tiphat:

I'm pretty sure this is by far the most sore my legs have ever been. I don't mind training sore bodyparts right now, but I doubt there's any way i'll get in legs tomorrow.

Great session. You may have not been overawed but those were impressive lifts by any standards.

Like your split too - an adapted push/pull. Like the variation on emphasis in each session.

Thanks Rocky, I do love the split and I'd like to use it more in the future. However, I'm not sure if my legs can handle it right now. I skipped the leg workout today and I'll train them whenever I have the capability. I doubt that will be for a few more days, since I can still barely walk up and down stairs, incredible. :49:

I was planning on this split for 3 straight weeks, then moving onto one bodypart per week for a few weeks focusing on chest strength and lower volume.

Thanks Hypo, the 110's felt much lighter this week.

I'm training by myself right now and this is the most fun i've had training since I first started a few years ago (Yes, I've only been training for 3 1/2 years, before that I weighed 135 pounds at 6 feet tall). Before the break I was feeling very burnt out and never felt like training, I'm the total opposite right now.

That is for sure, HYPERTROPHY at its finest!
doing biceps in between back and traps? damn thats bad ass!
sounds like with those BB rows, wouldn't that somewhat use biceps?
standing alt curls are pretty massive, after doing those lat pulldowns... then
full rows.. shit, your bones must be made of steel man. amazing workout all round bro!!!

You've been trained 3 1/2 years. I can see some nice improving, I would bet that u've been trained like 5 or more years!

@Chest session:
Overall strong session, but that Incline DB Press is huge!

@Back session:
I don't know why but when I checked those weights up I noticed that FLEXx10 and I still laugh at it! :').
This is too really strong session, those WG Pulldowns are monsterious! Keep hitting those weights!

Awesome work Flex. Excellent weight especially with all those pushing moves right after each other and still great weight on all of them.
Didn't realise the improvements you've made in such a relatively short space of time. Full credit you man. Great progress.
