Thanks Tweak, FF, MM...hmm...sounds like a porno directory...
Still slacking even though I tried to get back into things, but since I got my creatine yesterday (woot!) I think I'll have more motivation because I want to see what kind of results I'll get.

Legs day yesterday: took it kind of light because I didn't have a spotter ::cough cough:: LINE ::cough cough:: and because I'm trying to just get some leg endurance back. All except for the calf raises...

10-6-06
10:15 - 11:40

Squats
185 lbs x 10
185 lbs x 10
225 lbs x 10
225 lbs x 10

Front Squats
135 lbs x 12 x 4

DB Lunges
40 lbs x 10 x 4

Seated Leg Curl (16 settings)
10 x 10 x 3
DROP SET 12 x 9, 8 x 6, 4 x 25

Standing Calf Raises
275 lbs x 12
295 lbs x 10
315 lbs x 10
335 lbs x 10
355 lbs x 8
55 lbs x 30

60 seconds of fasica stretching for quads, glutes, groin, hamstrings, and calves

Ab routine

Aftermath:
Legs are sore despite taking it a little lighter, so at least I didn't go too light. My calves feel fine and I know I can go heavier, but I want someone there to check my form before I do. No sense in doing 400 lbs incorrectly. Back and shoulders tonight, stay tuned! :xyxthumbs:

Holy hell, Tweak, that's some fast action posting! I had that up for 11 minutes before you posted.

:bowroflarms: You should have heard me laughing when I read that about Line carrying me into the sunset, LOL! My calves have always been strong...I was a fat kid for a long time.

LOL Tweak.

FF: I don't know what you mean, but I've been lifting for about...meh...3 and a half years to any consequence. Recently I've been slacking, so, this is basically just getting back into the swing of things after a solid couple of months of lifting.

Yeah, I started doing fascia stretching again...I did it over the summer and I noticed a difference in my back and chest, but just got out of the routine this year.

BB Shrugs
185 lbs x 10
225 lbs x 10
225 lbs x 10

Fascia stretching for back, shoulders, traps
Ab routine

Aftermath:
I don't know what was up with all the PBs. Only thing I can think of is even though I had time off from the gym, I did do some pull-ups for ROTC over that break. Either that or I just pussied out last time I did those exercises.
Legs are pretty tight today, and my shoulders and traps are sore, but not ridiculously so. Day off for me, but chest and arms coming tomorrow! :hsughr:

Looking forward to your session with Joe tomorrow :spy:

can you take pics of playing the guitar and bench pressing at the same time while being nude? :spy: :ughfingers:

Pull-ups
Bodyweight x 10
BW x 9
BW x 9
BW x 8

Sure we do...we just haven't done them for a really long time, lol.

I didn't see your previous comment about my guitar, haha. I do play it, although only moderately well:

Glex on Guitar

I'm in Air Force ROTC, so I'll be in the military when I get out of college.

As for bench pressing while playing guitar nude...I'm trying to work that out logistically. You might just have to settle for some combination of 2 of those :e5cdunno: :gaygay:

Chesti, Mak:
Oh, I certainly wasn't expecting anything miraculous from the creatine, and I've only been on it for a week anyway. I'm just anxious to see if it helps, because I often hit plateaus, so I'm hoping it'll help me push up to another level. But thanks, I will give it some time! :weightlifter:
