My leg strength is coming back since I've stopped running. It's been a while since I could do a full set with 275 on squat; just a month ago I could only put it up for 1 without a spot. So I'm happy about that. The BW standing calf raises burned like a mother
Line didn't make it out to lift... It's ok, when I surpass him in weight I'll just rub his face in it That's it for now, Glex out :inouteek:
