My leg strength is coming back since I've stopped running. It's been a while since I could do a full set with 275 on squat; just a month ago I could only put it up for 1 without a spot. So I'm happy about that. The BW standing calf raises burned like a mother :runinafire:

Aftermath:
My shoulders and traps are pretty worn out, feels good. I did an awesome stretch for my traps...there are 'fences' at our gym that border the pit where all the free weights are, so I grabbed onto the chain links, palms out, and pushed upwards with my legs...felt phenomenal.
I cut the ab routine really short because I did throw-downs with a friend of mine yesterday, and my abs are killing me! Usually they don't get this sore, but I guess that's a good thing.
More to come Monday, if I'm not too tired to lift (I've got a lot of schoolwork due Monday and Tuesday). So, for now, peace and humptiness for ever. Glex out. :inouteek:

Then you went and hit them shoulders hard, good weight on the Iso Shoulder press and Laterals. Then hittin that front head again with the front raises and YES!! REAR LATERALS!!! good job man. Great Trap work as well baby :hay:

nice work on the pull-ups, chinups and the PB on DB rows! i know that h.strength shoulder press machine and that's some solid weight ur pushin on it

I thought I put in a good workout given how worn out I've been with all the school work. I put up 255 on the bench which I haven't even attempted in a whlie, so I was happy about that, and my triceps were pumping like crazy during the rope extensions, so that was good. We'll see how sore I am tomorrow (if at all). But for now, I'm with my girlfriend ;) , so good night all!

biig session dude - workin three muscle groups there... good to see you were able to rep out 6 of 225 even though you havn't done em in a while and judging by the next set you mustv worked hard for it! those pushups wouldv burned those pecs like crazy man... i wouldn't dare :skurred: . the rest of the session looks good too with some decent amount of weight being put up on the db extensions n preacher curls.
