Still managed to go descently heavy on inclines afterwards too, good job.

Yeah, I thought about that I benched as much weight as I squat (at least for a single where I can do a set squatting). Still...the only remedy? Move up in squat :weightlifter:

I just seen that you got 184lbs x10 on stiff-legged deadlift on your first time doing it! that's impressive!

Can you tell me what Fascia stretching is? and how you do it? Sounds interesting.

BB: Thanks bud! I definitely get the food, as far as sleep goes...I try but it doesn't always happen.

Line: The time off did me good; I slept 10 hours last night and I'm feeling much better. My legs were still sore yesterday anyway.

Aftermath:
As you can see, I got back on the 'easier' calf raise machine again. It's still pretty heavy, though, and I kept my form up. Buuuuurned like a mutha :runinafire:
I know my squats were all over the place; I wanted to see if I could hit the three plates. I didn't get it the first time, my friend gave me a little help and I leaned forward a bit...but it started out badly and since I put up the 300 really well I tried for it again and KABAAM! :hammer: I didn't want to press my luck and try for more, but I think we'll be seeing some sets at 295 and some lighter, deep hack squats and leg presses to try and get my squats up to higher numbers later on.

awesome Squats Glex, congrats on the 3 plates, thats no easy task. Not too shabby with the hack squats either, and nice job not neglecting hammy work and having a Quad dominate session.

Great calve work too, outstanding reps right there and good amount of sets.

Back and shoulders :skurred: That means Line is going to be throwing around monsterous weight :skurred:

I expect the same from you :no:

Your Deads and DB rows have improved drastically, but despite what Tweak says my rows are still better. To prove this I'm going to do 20 reps next time just to spite you! Muwhahaha

The reason I said your grip might be too wide is I've heard a few experienced guys say they've strained things by Deadlifting with too wide of a grip. I can see how it might depress and rotate your scapula too much so it sorta makes sense. I've also forgiven you already for trying to kill me...Tweak probably put you up to it anyways. Good luck with Traps/Calves tomorrow, I'll see you Friday (after I bomb an exam) for Chest/Arms. Rec Hall perhaps?

dissatisfied with those PBs?? goodness gracious Glex. some serious weight on those deads...hell you've equalled my PB! those db rows and shoulder presses are just as impressive
