Aftermath:
Took a lot of time, but we got shit done, damnit. Nice workout, Line
I feel pretty good; my chest is pretty spent, especially after the fascia stretching. Might hit up legs tomorrow with Line if I have the time, so until next time, sports fans, Glex out.
By the way, Tweaky, here's the masturbation material you've been asking for. Just the arms this time; we'll get to the rest of me sometime else (probably when I start cutting )
They're not very good and the lighting certainly doesn't help, but there you are.
good flat db press right there dude, very good...Hammer strength work for the chest though???
great close grips as well dude, good weight there considering the hammering you gave your chest before hand. some solid bicep work in there too, good choice of movements and nice weight on those bb curls.
As for the pics, you definetely got some thickness to you. Big shoulders on you dude, and from the looks of it you have a pretty descent v-taper. Keep hittin it hard with Line, your heading in the right direction bro
Thanks for the kind words; I'm actually a little disappointed with the roundness of my shoulders, and also with my rear delts. As for the V-taper...it's getting there. I keep telling Line it will get better once I start swimming in summer. He thinks I have no idea what I'm talking about. Usually it's true, so I don't blame him
Yeah, we pussied out on DB inclines after the flats. Didn't fry my chest any less, but rest assured you will see them next time...with a PB or three
Glex you have come well on! Seriously those Db presses, deads, DB bench, rows, everything is getting really damn strong. Getting PB's on squats! Must be loving it about now while it's going so well! Good stuff man.
that's an awesome session if ever i've seen one. great work with the 100lbers and then with the 110s and then to do 2 more sets is what i call "hardout". lol at the rate you're going at I'm sure you'll eventually get me on those DB extensions...i must get a vid of me doing it to show my form though. it looks like you're really pushing yourself to get those PBs and the fascia stretching aint gotta be fun... earnin that paycheque

Fascia Stretching for Traps Aftermath:
That was a hard session to explain, lol. Not too bad; I think I can still go deeper on my squats, though I know they're much better than they used to be and I got a few deep squats in. I'm hoping the lighter leg press going as deep as possible will help that. By the way, the weights on that were weird because I worked in with some guy who put a 100 pound plate on the vertical spindle on the sled...
for a hurried session you still managed to put some serious weight up on DB row and military press. your squat is looking good, so how low do you go? i used to go to parallel but ever since I've gone beyond it felt great - not ATG though.
Mak: I try to go parallel or just below. I didn't have a mirror yesterday so I may have been cheating a little, but I made certain (at the risk of killing myself, I had no spot ) that a few of those were deeper than parallel.
You fucking, bitch! I trained Chest/Arms extra early today because I thought you'd want to train legs tonight
Anyways, great session there, especially you did it without the motivational force that is me. Awesome that you got a personal best on squats (three plates are right around the corner)! As for the guy working in with you, now you know why I growl at people who come close to our machines, LOL. Nice work, buddy.
