Thanks Dstan :xyxthumbs: I'll try to keep getting sessions in.

Today was swimming!

Swimming: 30-35ish minutes
Did maybe like 1500 yards, nothing special although the swim trunks and the lack of lane lines make it tough. I always forget how tough swimming is. It's definitely a great workout. It works your lats like crazy; that's why swimmers have that v-shape going that bodybuilders are always looking for.

Rockito: Thanks bud :xyxthumbs:

Philo: Yeah, it is. Great for everything, really. I was eating 5000+ (sometimes 6000+) calories a day while on swim team and I was losing weight.

Alright, today I did some running.

26:30 minutes
Hard pace. I could feel the Grape Nuts I had for breakfast in my stomach :uhoh2:

So then I went and got a shower, got in my car to go to work, and he wouldn't start. Battery's drained and I don't know why. So I had to walk to work in the humidity after just getting a shower, then work 8 hours or whatever (great hamstring exercise, by the way...either that or I'm completely destroying them). My friend's here to jump my car, wish me luck :ughfingers:

Swimming is tough. I thought I had reasonable fitness until I started swimming. Plus my swimming is more a brick impersonation.

Must get back to doing it again. Haven't swum laps since I moved to the country.

Dstan: Thanks, I think the car's ok :ughfingers:

Tim: :49: Like I've said, it's all about the form.

Miami: Thanks. I'm about to go check on my car, actually.

Bulkboy: Definitely. Swimming in a large body of water is rough. Running on the beach is also rough, just make sure to wear shoes! I made the mistake of running barefoot on the beach once and I got inflamed tendons in my feet; ruined the rest of my vacation.

Turkish: Lol, still hating on the running  I like 'em both. Thanks for stopping in.

Here's some pictures of me:

Ahh, drunken monkey sex. :xyxthumbs:

So you're doing full body now? Or was this just to get used to the new surrounds?

Haha, no drunken monkey sex. I know how Sara works; she gets really horny when she starts drinking, and then as the night wears on she just gets tired then apologizes for being so tired and not wanting to have sex. She always thinks she was leading me on, but I know what's going to happen. If I don't get us home within an hour of starting drinking there's no sex :49:

I'm not doing full body, I think I'm going to go back to the modified push/pull you, Line, and Ironslave worked out. The full body today was kind of to get used to the new surrounds, kind of because I haven't had proper equipment in a whlie and wanted to hit everything, and it was also because I'm not sure what my schedule will bring over the next few days. Sometimes if I'm not sure what's going on or if I know I'll be out of the gym for 2-3 days I'll hit up a full body day.

Excellent to see you're back in the iron, my friend:xyxthumbs:

Good call on the full body workout as well; I find myself doing the same at times.

Oh, and your overheads and pullups were excellent to boot:hsughr:

nice benching, great pullups. We already spoke of this earlier on AIM but I'm sure those are getting easier with each pound that drops of you :xyxthumbs: Soon you should be able to add some weight

Military's are actually descent considering you benched first thing in the session :xyxthumbs:

Rocky: Thanks man, it is a relief.

Turk: Paramount Athletic Club. Pretty cheap, especially compared to the Oxford Club up the road :ughnoes: I don't know if they have day passes, but if they do let me know when you guys are lifting some time and we could do a session together. That, and/or you could go up the road to the PAC.

BigE: Thanks. I'm really not sure why the overhead extensions went so well...the last rep on the 90 was pretty bad but the rest were goodp I was watching in the mirror to make sure I wasn't cheating.

Philo: Thank you sir :xyxthumbs:

Tweak: The mils weren't bad considering the circumstances, but I never know what's going to happen with them anyway. They're my least consistent exercise by far.

I might do a session tomorrow. At the very least some running tomorrow and then a session the next day. Stay tuned :hsughr:
