Not sure where the lat strength came from all the sudden, but I'll take the PB. I'm even relatively heavy right now at 205 lbs...I wonder what's going to happen to my pullups when I start getting into the <195 lb range and if I ever get around to ordering any creatine again
Chest and biceps are one of my favorite splits; it's cool to see you doing it as well. No worries about a 'lagging' chest; with work like that, it's likely far from such anyhow.

As can be expected, I'm fat and out of shape from Thanksgiving. I had a lot of family stuff to do, which meant a lot of eating and not a lot of working out. I did have to move a couple of beds halfway across the universe, but that hardly counts.

Aftermath:
Finished the lifting portion in just about an hour. Some things were easy, some were hard...but everything was about what I expected for the time off. I didn't go heavy on legs as you can plainly see, because I was going to do some stationary bike at the end. My knee felt kind of funny, though, so I just packed it up. Hopefully it's better tomorrow.
Fine choice to ease back in with a most respectable FB workout. And it wasn't anywhere near as shabby as one would think with the lay off - good groundwork to zoom back up to your usual standard!
