That was it. I had a ROTC workout right before this so I didn't do legs, and I kept everything light since I had just exercised for 40 minutes and I went pretty hardcore on my last back day. My back didn't like the deadlifts, but we'll see how it feels tomorrow.

Squats are stagnant. I wonder if it's because of the running this morning...meh, not too worried. I also didn't have a spotter, so that negatively affected squats and close grips.
seems like alot of people are doing DB calf presses,
one legged sucks, do you have to lean to a wall or something to keep balance?
they work wonders, haven't done em in like 2 years myself tho.
over all Glex, your killing the weights, everythings getting increased,

Thanks hypo. There's a raised platform and power rack in the gym where the olympic-style weights are; I usually put my toes on that and keep a hand on the rack to keep my balance. I think I should do more single leg calf stuff; my left calf is so much smaller than my right
