I'm not trying to get ripped but I am my leanest I've ever been in my entire life. My lower abs are starting to become visable. Viens are popping out in my arms more and my flexablity has also improved alot.

My running is coming along nice, still not where I want to be with it yet, getting there though. My running form has improved alot, I'm happy with that.

3.2km walk

15 minutes on the rowing machine
10 minutes on crosstrainer keeping it above 95rpm's
25 minute run / 4.4km (tred)

Those hill sprints just knock the wind right out of you. Its brutal.

I was feeling burnt out alot during the first weeks of doing all this cardio but now I don't feel so burnt out. Must be progress. :hsughr:

Today I'm ending my membership at the gym and joining a smaller/cheaper one which is just 2 minutes up the street from me. :hyperguy:

Yup, I try and mix it up every time, never do the same workout twice. Keeps my body guessing. This has worked best for me. :tiphat:

4km run on 50% incline ( Was brutal, felt my legs giving in after 15 minutes)
1km walk (cool down)

hammer grip pull ups/dips superset

7 pull ups
10 dips

5 pull ups

20 minute swim

My pull ups have improved alot in the last few weeks, I think its due to me losing alot of weight from all the cardio.

Wow, 4km at an incline? I would pass out and puke all over myself after five minutes. Your cardiovascular condition is getting incredible, you will be able to breeze through your boot camp while laughing at all the others who struggle. :2:
