how many laps do you do in 15 minutes of the pool after the other cardio sweety?

I don't know, I never bother to count. If I did, I'd be doing it to see how many laps I could do. So, I just do it for a certain amount of time. I need to just do a swimming session instead of doing it after an hour of cardio.

Superb job Pain. Those circuits look intense and how you got through that lifting session with such a short amount of sleep is excellent! :xyxthumbs:

The circuits were ok. The boot camp training dvd is harder.. much harder. I was able to wake myself up with a cup of coffee and a Rockstar energy drink. Drinking dangerous amount of caffiene/taurine right there. :ughfingers:

ya buddy no problem, it's defiantly motivating to check out the training logs again, i haven't peeped them in quite sum time and there are a lot of ppl having sum awesome sessions :tiphat:......i actually still haven't had the chance to get that whopper yet, there's no Burger King by my school only McD's.....but don't worry the first Burger King i run into i will def. be eating several whoppers :keke:

Look at this way, you are ahead of schedule and now you can coast into bootcamp of just get that much better.

It almost made me drop dead.:ugh: The bootcamp training was brutal, my legs were on fire after that. Only thing I need to work on is running outside, most of my training has been inside. hopefully the weather gets better over here so I can take advantage of it.

Thanks. I'd like to think all this training will pay off once I get there. TA training isn't nearly as tough as Royal Marine training though. Its only 7 weeks compared to the 32 weeks of RM training. :hsughr:

I don't doubt you're ready. It's not just the sheer volume and amount of cardio you do it's the frequency you are hitting it too which is so impressive!
