Sweet mother of mary! I would have had a heart attack if I would have done that kind of cardio. Running at incline is rough!

Thanks. They weren't the most perfect pull ups ever. First 7 were slow and I'd say with very good form, other 3 were kinda sloppy. Hammer grip pull ups is the easiest pull up variation, for me anyway.

Just awesome Mr Crazardio :D:xyxthumbs:

I have a nick name which isn't offensive for once. :hsughr:

Creator. :hsughr: :xyxthumbs:

Doing hill sprints is the only reason I can run on incline now. Hill sprints > all other form of cardio.

I seriously wouldn't be doing this without you guys.

Pushing through it is what is going to make you better, because you will be doing more than this with no energy what so ever. To do this out of sheer will is impressive as hell, you are definitely the best in shape member of this forum.
To be able to run 1.5 km on an incline at 10mph is just crazy, like El Freako I would drop dead of a heart attack. Bootcamp is gonna be cake as far as the physical parts..... just don't Rick Roll your training camp, I do not think that will go over well :keke:

Thank you. :hsughr:

Doing those 2 hour cardio workouts really elevated my fitness levels, that was tough to push through. Those incline runs take everything out of me. I might back off from them so I can do more in the gym. I wouldn't say I was the best in shape member but thanks for the inspiring compliment. :hsughr: You guys are too kind.

I'm pretty sure they play something at 6:00am to wake us up through the speakerrs, I should get up early and pop in a Rick Astly cd. :keke:

I'm going to miss this place come june 27. :tear: :linedrunk:

:bowroflarms: That would be priceless, you would be a legend among Royal Marines if you pulled it off.

The punishment for doing something like that would probably not be worth it. :uhoh2:

Ahhh... so this is actually training up for real military training. I thought you might just be following some training principles. My bro joined the army (Australian) and he said the bootcamp was brutal but shitloads of fun (for him maybe, he won the physical training award... he's a fit motherfucker). He came back 5kg heavier and swearing so much our mum just gave up trying to stop him. He was going to try and join the SAS but couldn't due to our shared family trait of colour-blindness.

I'm red/green color blind but have been told it shouldn't hold me back.
