Yup, I try and mix it up every time, never do the same workout twice. Keeps my body guessing. This has worked best for me. :tiphat:

Yesterday i watched a first episode from documentary called Commando:On the front line..which was about royal marines..have you check it out yet?It was awesome and now i really know what you have to go through.Better start doin more pushups:D

I watched them all with my dad. Out of 50 of those guys, only 9 made it. Alot of them don't do any training prior to joining up or do any research into what they're getting themselfs into. Thats why they drop out.

Did you see the amount of food they eat at the end of the day? Like 2000 cals in one meal. lol. :hsughr:

I was doing the 5k charity run with my sisters work. It started off with around 6 of us doing it, now only 2 are doing it. My sister was supposed to get an application form for me but hasn't. Not sure if its going to happen or not now. I've enetered a 10k run on may 25 though.. www.aberdeencity.gov.uk/10kaberdeen
