My sleep problems are coming back again and can barely get 1 hour of sleep without waking up. Today I've only had around 3 hours of solid sleep.

1 hour walk on tred / 5km
45 minutes of boot camp training (Billy Blanks DVD :coolguy:)

2 hours later

3.2km walk

3km run (meh, I felt too exhausted and tired to do anymore. I let myself down here.)

The boot camp dvd is basically just circuit training but with resistance bands.

Heres an updated pic, nothing much, just trying out my new camera. I'll be taking loads of pics when I get into the TA.

I didn't diet at all in the last 4 months, I just ate what ever I felt like. Right now I'm eating a chicken sandwich w/ white bread and cheese and a bowl of cereal w/ full fat milk. :linedrunk: I'm thinking of going on an actual diet to see how lean I can get. I'd guess I am around 11-13% bf right now? :dunnodude:

In this new pic you look leaner, like around 9-10% actually. :49: are you pushing your stomach out on purpose?
Anyways, your workouts are insane. You have the lung capacity and endurance of a damn horse! I see a difference for sure in the two pics, you look leaner and harder for sure. With the amount of running you are doing you should/can eat what you want. You don't wanna get too lean and get rid of your bodies longer sustaining energy source.

9-10% really? Awesome. :hsughr: I don't think I was pushing my stomach out, I can't rememeber, I just took the pic really quickly. So you think I'm lean enough as it is right now? I think I'm as lean as I'm going to get without going on an actual cutting diet. Back to eating like crap, bag of preztels, bbq chicken, 6 vegie sausages & a few beers to wash it down. Its madness. :hsughr:

Yeah, with all the running and weight training your doing your lean enough. Like I said, who knows what they will do to you there or how long you will go without food at times. I would enjoy those things while you have them, and save the little bit of fat you have (which does not look like much) for those time when they are pushing you guys without much food.
All that really matters is your strength and endurance andy by the look of your sessions you are there already. :2:

I'd still like to drop another 5-10lbs. The TA training is nowhere near as tough or demanding as Royal Marine training. The running test to get into the TA is 1.5 miles in 15 minutes while the RM pass is 1.5 miles in 10 minutes, quite a big difference there. I'm still not going into the TA thinking its going to be a cake walk, its going to be hell thats for sure, plus, loads of kickass fun. :hsughr:

Only had 4 hours of sleep today. I need to catch up on my sleep or my work outs are really going to suffer. I feel like a zombie right now.

stretch
1 hour walk on tred @ 6mph
pull up/push up superset. 1 set of pull ups then 1 set of push ups.
5 x 5 pull ups (hammer grip)
5 x 20 close grip push ups

I'm going to go catch up on my sleep today and hit the running/weights hard tomorrow. Expect a brutal cardio workout tomorrow. :ughfingers:

I just took more pics and I've lost alot of muscle mass with the fat in the past 4 months. Aslong as my endurance and strength has improved(which it has), I'm happy with that. I'm going to try and mantain my weight (182lbs) till june 27. Min weight to get in is 165lbs.

Heres a few back shots. I'm just happy I didn't have to suffer on a cutting diet to drop the weight.

The barracks where am going to on tuesday for an interview is the same barracks my dad worked in. I grew up across the street from there too. Look forward to visiting it again. Will take loads of pics.
