In this new pic you look leaner, like around 9-10% actually. are you pushing your stomach out on purpose?
Anyways, your workouts are insane. You have the lung capacity and endurance of a damn horse! I see a difference for sure in the two pics, you look leaner and harder for sure. With the amount of running you are doing you should/can eat what you want. You don't wanna get too lean and get rid of your bodies longer sustaining energy source.
9-10% really? Awesome. I don't think I was pushing my stomach out, I can't rememeber, I just took the pic really quickly. So you think I'm lean enough as it is right now? I think I'm as lean as I'm going to get without going on an actual cutting diet. Back to eating like crap, bag of preztels, bbq chicken, 6 vegie sausages & a few beers to wash it down. Its madness.
Yeah, with all the running and weight training your doing your lean enough. Like I said, who knows what they will do to you there or how long you will go without food at times. I would enjoy those things while you have them, and save the little bit of fat you have (which does not look like much) for those time when they are pushing you guys without much food.
All that really matters is your strength and endurance andy by the look of your sessions you are there already.
