What amazes me is that after running a lot, then the stair stepper, then running a lot again.. that you have energy to still do pull ups and weight train. Your endurance is getting uncanny. TA training is gonna be cake :xyxthumbs:

I agree that the TA training is gonna seem like nothing after this kind of build up! Can't get over how much you get done at a time.

I'd be best to do cardio in the morning then weights at the evening. Doing cardio then weights, takes alot of time for one session. I hope the TA training is tough, the recruitment video I saw made it look like your average joe with no prior training and smokes six packs a day could do it.

Heres another progress pic. I added some size to my lats from doing all those pull ups. My obliques also got bigger, they stick out alot now. Hopefuly when I'm in the TA I can travel to somewhere with sun. :hsughr:
