Last time 186.5 :( like at 12% body fat Im guessing not to sure But your the one with the sick ass six pack :ughnoes: I wasent a big fan of high volume DRYDEN conned me in to it :)

None for 3 weeks, I'm back into them next week though but just light to allow full recovery from my deads. After I go for my new deads Pb next week I'll be going hard at them again.

Goals
1. Get up to 210lbs

stats/history
190 lbs Im 5'7 I have trained hit and 5x5 But lately I had been going by feeling so I felt like I need a little bit more stuture in my routine. I have had two years of training under my belt so I decide I could start Dawg Crap now.


Diet

I will be going to school so that will prob. mean more cheat meals due to being hungry at school.

And thank you d for the help/ making my diet I have tweaked it a bit ;)
Meal one:
1 scoop of protein powder(30grams) in water quicksorbing for first thing in the morning
160grams of oats - 70grams of carbs with milk
3 whole eggs 1 egg white

work out


Post Workout drink: 50grams of whey(blend oats into protein shake with powder), and scoop of sizeon



Meal Two:
130 raw red meat cooked - 100grams(add olive oil to the frying pan)

OR
Tuna in Oil 130grams

250-300grams cooked brown or white rice
100 - 150grams of mixed veggies


Meal Three:
150grams cooked chicken
230 - 280grams cooked rice


Meal four
300grams of boiled potatoes
150grams of tuna(in oil or springwater)


Meal Six :
250grams cooked rice
130grams beef
150grams cooked mixed veggies



About 30 minutes before bed - muscle milk with skinny milk 250ml's

I also throw in Gummy Bearz, Pb and js, hamburgers, cereal,fried chicke (poppeys) and pizza when Im feeling a hungry what can I say I love food :keke: :wutyousay:

Training
I am going DC all the way (2 way split)
I will be working out at 5 am at 24 hour gym


Not in any order but the exersise I will be doing.
Incline hammer press, Incline Barbell Press, Incline Smith machine
, Military smith machine,
Reverse Grip Bench, Weighted Dips, close grip bench
Overhand pull down, Rack Chins, T- Bar, Deadlift, Rack Pulls

Straight bar curl, Dumbell Curl,
BB wrist, Reverse Curl, Pinwheel Curl
Seated Calf, Standing Calf, Legpress Calf
SLDL, Seated Leg curl, Laying DB curl
Back Squat, Hack Squat, Legpress with widows on front squat smith machine or back squats on the smith machine

Yes I will do the stretching :keke:
Thats it cant wait till Monday
and you need a log book for this type of routine so I will have to keep it up :jerkoff1:
