sorry to ruin youre boner Samoan but this isnt a workout update lulz :keke:

i was pissed today. i had to help one of my friends with her math homework. my bad correction i was a dumbass and did her math homework and then i had to come home and do my own fucking homework that was due at midnight. needless to say i had noooooo time what so ever to go to the gym today, but tomorrow im going to combine shoulders that i missed today and arms. its going to be brutal but i have to make up for what i missed today.

1. BB Shrugs, heavy as fuck just the way I like em.
2. Preacher Curls one of my favorite curling excerises.
3. DB Military Press, Nice weight not heavy but not light.

^^thanks samoan. yea i could have gone a little heavier on military press but i usually dont do arms with my shoulders so i wanted to keep it a little lighter. i love BB shrugs. ive been doin 495 but my lower back was hurting really bad so i didnt want to go any heavier. i know a bunch of excuses but thats my story and im sticking to it lulz
