Well me and Will didnt workout chest yesterday so I had to do chest by myself today. It was pretty good but not as good as when Will works out with me.

i dont know what it is it just seems like my chest workouts are better with him working out with me. i dont really know what it is. i was pretty happy with that PB cause the past 2 weeks i couldnt get over 5.

thanks for the advice Lionheart. i will try that next week.

In agreeance with Marko there. 3 fly movements are not going to help you grow like a good compound movement such as dips will.

thanks PV!! i was really happy with it since the past 2 weeks or so i couldnt do that for more then 5 reps.

In agreeance with Marko there. 3 fly movements are not going to help you grow like a good compound movement such as dips will.

thanks for the advice Freako. i going to throw dips in to my chest workout next week and take out one of the fly movements.

which one do you think would be the best to keep in. incline flyes or cablecrossovers?

That depends on your goals. If you want to focus on your upper chest then leave in the inclines. If not then I'd suggest flat bench flyes. Personally I'm not a fan of the crossovers but that's mainly because I prefer free-weights.
