I dont know but doesn't 5/3/1 follow a split too?:bitelip:

it's split in Squat , DEad, bench and MP..

I didn't said I missed a split scheme..cause.. I already do one..

There's something wrong with 40Kg x 6 in Dips. I wanna try with a dip-belt to see the difference instead of put the dumbbell between the legs.

And you know why? It's all Natzo fault. He wants to dominate all the exercises and i don't want to be "behind" him! To compete with this man i know that i don't have chances so i will struggle. :turborun:
