great work buddy. liking the fat bar work. u wonna compete in strongman huh? how old are u man?

I am 20 years old :), I don't long for competition in the near future. I just want to be one of the strongest guys around.

^ did you use the fat bar or a normal bar? i would think that the fat bar would hurt ur arms less right?

after a long day at school ;)

BP bench press

one hand fat dumbell clean and jerk
warming up with light weights

Now 44 kg would have been a possible lift but instead I did some reps with light weight
8 reps with 30 kg
8 reps with 30 kg

each hand of course

pull ups behind the neck
3 sets of 5 reps

3 pull ups + 3 chin ups with 10 kg
3 pull ups + 3 chin ups with 20 kg
10 pull ups + 10 pull ups

notice: I did the pull ups on a very thick beam so it was a good test for my grips

i weigh around 80 kg, 176 pounds. Sometimes a little more. Btw my benching sucked yesterday. Normally 110 kg is no problem for me. I've benched 118 from the bottom up, hopefully I can achieve that magic number of 120 soon. thx for stopping by anyway

wow very fun exercise, deadlift, squat and balancing in 1.

once again , fun exercise but have to work a little bit on technique.

I was pleased with this workout, considering that I was all day at school and low carb.

haha trust me man, they know me for that. I love my can of tuna on the way home in the train. haha
