well I came to a conclusion. I will perform these squats everytime I do my LB cylce. either as main exercise or as supplementary exercise.

hey thx for the reply. Well most of the times I am so focused I don't think about filming it. I should ask one of my buddy's to film it, if I don't forget it haha
