What is your 1 rep max on the deadlift?
honestly, I have no idea. I do many variations of the deadlift to improve my regular deadlift (wich is not my best exercise). I think my 1 rep max of regular deadlift must be around 170. I want to bring that number to 200 minimum, to create a solid base for my strongman program.
