well actually my grip was tested on the second and third rep of that 150 kg. But I pinched as hard as I could

event day

time to start doing farmers for distance

50m x 80kg
50m x 120kg
50m x 140kg
50m x 160kg okay my grip was f***** right now

sandbag run
50m x 60 kg
50m x 60 kg

Fatbar deadlift
1 min = 20 x 90kg
5x130 kg

okay few comments about this session:

I doubled the distance on all sets of farmers. I asked a lot of my energy.
My grip still needs a lot of work, 50 m walk with 160 kg will crush my hands so time to grow some serious grip power.

honestly, I have no idea. I do many variations of the deadlift to improve my regular deadlift (wich is not my best exercise). I think my 1 rep max of regular deadlift must be around 170. I want to bring that number to 200 minimum, to create a solid base for my strongman program.
