yes, grip training is needed, especially when you want to grab heavy objects. It helps a lot

thx, next week on Fryday I will raise my body for the squat and on Wednesday for the Deadlift

well, he was a little fat ;) but he was the strongest man ever to live. Don't forget he squated 1200 lbs ;). Bob peoples, Paul anderson, Hackenschmith, Saxon brothers, these were all extraordinary athletes that deserve our respect.

yesterday I did deadlifts a la bob peoples and boy they felt good

I reached 170 kg PR and did serveral sets afterwards with 160 kg

Today it was time to lower the bar on Deadlift PMT. The bar was just below my knees.

Good training John. Nice pressing strength and also deadlifting. Great PR also on the zercher squat, only just found them out now because I searched for them ;)
