Im not that tall either for NL, im 187 and im constantly dwarfed when i walk around the city, but in Aruba were i was born i am fuckin tall lol, and dont get me started when i go to Latin America hahah, they ask my mom if they feed me cement lol

Due to the technical difficulties of the power clean I'd recommend doing it prior to deadlifting. You wont be able to activate your muscles as explosively, having deadlifted earlier in the session. That's what's up. Keep the weights coming John.

nice session big J. pulling some solid weights on the deads there. i'm doing deads today as well. gotta love the deadlift!

Solid workout. I love weighted pull-ups. If I go in to workout today, then I will definitely be doing them. +40x5 is a very solid number.

Mine is thursday, but I'll be conservative and only increase 2,5 kg for the same number of sets and reps.

yeah everybody got's its own philosophy. I train how I feel. Sometimes I go for reps, sometimes I might go for a max.

thx, yeah I know. I wasn't in a pull up mood today. My biceps are sore and I don't know why.
