Nice John!
After I recover myself I will do a routine similar to yours, with no more legpress, ghr, etc...only squats, deadlift, bench, overhead presses (depending on my shoulder), and others things, like row, pullups, rear delt work, to balance my shoulder. I'm ancious to start this new approach.

that's bread and butter for a strong body bro squats, deadlift, overhead presses, pull ups and bench

the sandbag was a monster

one hand dumbell press
in total 10 reps per hand with 45 kg

it is realy not that much for farmers walk buddy. I know people who do this with 120 kg per hand.

I never did farmer walk, but holding 70kg for dumbbell rows are pretty hard.

well it wasn't actually a deload. I rest up for about two days. It felt good :) Next week I will do a real strongman workout with atlas stones and tires and logs.

good session big J. good effort on the clean and jerk. yeah, i can imagine that doing deadlift after a strongman workout is tough. keep up the good work buddy!

Nice CJ...the jerk should had been hard...I tried some light pushpresses today, unfortanelly my left shoulder is not up to it...but friday I'll try one arm dumbbell press, for shoulder stability. Keep training hard man!

one arm dumbell presses are exellent for shoulder strenght. Go for it
