this week I am not going to train hard. My shoulder hurts so it needs to heal up first.

thx guys.
Last Sunday I had a boxing session, it went very good and it was fun. But yesterday I woke up with a sharp pain in my left shoulder. I still went to the gym and pushed 5 x 85 kg but I felt that something isn't right. Maybe I will do some abs and lower back and some cardio but nothing more. I realy hope to be healed up within a week.

i think its smart of you to deload alittle pressing wise jonathan. uve pounded it hard for a long time now. shoulder injuries really is a bitch. i walked around with a fucked up shoulder for 6 months after having done behind the neck presses. and it was hell i tell u that.

last session looks good. solid squats:2:

One year ago I hurt myself doing behind the neck press too. This exercise is in my black list forever.

John after deload you will come back stronger than ever.

I agree with Bulk and rob, maybe go for a deload, when you start up. Make sure you do proper warmup and start training your rotator cuff muscles.
