Well you prolly wont get lean enough with that mentality. If you commit then chances are you will cheat less. the only reason you wont get lean enough is if you eat poorly.

standing calf raises:

smiths behind the neck shoulder press:

db laterals:

db seated rear laterals:
-4 sets 8kg 10 reps

front raises:
-4 sets 8kg 10 reps
