My wilks is 360, I guess use my first post since I can't max bench and won't for at least another 6 months. Oh and my total is 597.73kg.

Oh ya, just for the hell of it I calculated Ronnie Coleman's Wilk's total using his lifts from 2000-2003, and it came out to be around 592kg. Light weight baby!

Here are my best lifts in training :

Squats : 200kgx3
Benchpress : 120kgx1 ( in benchpress shirt ) and 105kgx1 raw.
Deadlift : 230kgx1

i am kinda sick but when i am 115 kgs i squat 250 kgs and bench 128 kg and deadlift 220 kg!

This week has been great, i've improved my bench and my Deadlift, two big PB's in one week is something i hadn't done for a long time, i'm still a weak fatass but at least progress is coming.As Groucho Marx said:

by the way guys wilks is just a figure to measure power rating compared to bodyweight- it has nothing to do with a unit of weight.

could anybody tell me what a good wilks is for women?

I did Katy's (my g/f) out of curiosity, and she lifts for fun to stay in shape, but am rather curious as to how she compares?

In about a month I am going to try a new deadlift and squat PB. I dunno about bench. We will have to see. I just want to beat Line. :hsughr:

Alright, well, I haven't been posting my drop in weight because I figured I was losing strength, but I just pwned teh deadlift today so I think I'm justified :hsughr: I weighed myself after my new 1RM at 194 lbs, but I'm going to say 195 just to be conservative.

Bodyweight: 88.64 kg

Squat: 152.2 kg
Bench: 136.4 kg
Deadlift: 188.64 kg
Total: 477.24 kg

Glex................152/136/189.............[88.64kg] 477

Wilks: 307.15
