I've been training like ever, as hard as ever or even harder during this period, tomorrow is leg day, maybe I shall share my workout with u again, now that I believe I could again.

I don't know why but I forgot to do my side laterals... I don't know how because I really love them... what a shame... anyway, my chest looks full, also my delts and my tri's are hurting me a lot... I feel in heaven!

Not bad at all, I'm increasing size but my bf seems about the same... but 4 sure I'm much stronger... what about you, mate???

yeh my numbers are going up I need to loose some bf to see a big difference but I been on the cardio everyday as well so soon il be happier with my gains
