Good sessions man. You strength is coming along pretty nicely. I love how you put commas instead of decimals when showing the weight in pounds. Nothing to worry about, its just a little amusing. But keep up the hard work!

@ Palmetto: yeah mate, I'm USUALLY squating 82kg for 8-10 reps... in my usual gym, of course, that's why I was dissapointed on Friday... only 70kg squats

@ Paulie: I'll change the commas by points mate, don't worry :D Tnx 4 the explanation

@ Peanut: I'm 5,8 or 5,9 and 72-73kg (aprox 160lbs) I believe... I want to post pics again this fall...

Great session MvsF1. Hitting those wheels with vengence I see and firing in a couple of P.B's too, superb work my friend. I'd love to have seen you "walk" out of that gym after doing those calves!! Those numbers are incredible mate. The amount of reps is outstanding and getting P.B's too!

Big diamond shaped calves on the Spanish Sensation. Sweet work mate.

Good high rep sets man. I'm with TO in trying some heavier weight with less reps! Still looks sweet though.

More P.B's to boast about sir and you're so close on nearly all the other exercises too, so massive congrats on your new achievements. Those Ultrasets at the end are just plain incredible! I'd love to have seen your tri's after that lot! It's just mental to do all that at the end of a session, but full credit to you mate. Hugely impressive work MvsF1. Awesome.
