Pecs, Delts and Tri's fried, Spanish style!!! Soooo many dropsets at the end of a session dude!! WTF are you eating??? Hey, was the g/f with you??

Massive, massive congrats on the P.B's my friend, you really know how to hit it hard.

Hope the pain in left delt was short lived mate. Much respect to my Spanish Compadre,

Evo.

@ Mexican: tnx bro, I'm trying to improve my flat bench... it still sucks!

@ FF: 80-90 minutes... now I'm trying to reduce duration of workouts...

@ Evo: Hey bro! I'm eating as usual... good food (remember I live in the best place of Spain :D)... no protein shakes or any other supplement... Nope, my g/f trained alone this time...

Yeahm my delt is looking better now, but in last three sessions gave me problems... :S Many, many tnx 4 your words, my English Master.

pbs as usual! very nice skull crushers, but if i were you i would go higher reps....like 10 reps. It puts alot of stress on your elbows and shoulders to go that heavy!

Sorry guys this was yesterdays workout, but I'm very bussy this week and will be next one.
Enjoy.

BACK-BICEPS [23/8/2006]

Pulldown
Set 1: 50kg (110,5 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 2: 60kg (132,6 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 3: 70kg (154,7 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 4: 75kg (165,75 lbs) x 9 reps P.B.!!!
---> Yeah buddy! It was hard... but finally I managed to do the last 2 reps... new PB on reps... (last one was 7reps)

Chin up
Set 1: 72kg (159,12 lbs) x 7 reps
Set 2: 72kg (159,12 lbs) x 7 reps
Set 3: 72kg (159,12 lbs) x 7 reps
Set 4: 72kg (159,12 lbs) x 7 reps
---> 72 is my actual BG. Doing chins in my gym is much harder than in my g/f gym... 7x4 are great numbers... I'm pretty satisfied.

Seated Lever Row
Set 1: 35kg (77,35 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 2: 40kg (88,4 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 3: 45kg (99,45 lbs) x 8 reps
---> F**k! I stopped doing this exercice early... I had pain in my left delt... :(

Dumbell Shrug
Set 1: 17,5kg (38,675 lbs) each side x 10 reps
Set 2: 25kg (55,25 lbs) each side x 10 reps
Set 3: 25kg (55,25 lbs) each side x 10 reps
---> It could sound strange, but I did 3 sets with my max weigth. Next week I would try 30kgs DB for this exercice. I didn't want hurt my delt more... 25kg were heavy enough. :D

Seated alternate dumbell curl
Set 1: 15kg (33,15 lbs) each side x 10 reps
Set 2: 15kg (33,15 lbs) each side x 10 reps
Set 3: 17,5kg (38,675 lbs) each side x 10 reps
---> At this point my bi's suck. I know they are one of my best bodyparts but... first 4 exercices are hardcore... I'm satisfied with 175kgs DB...

Concent. curl
Set 1: 7,5kg (16,575 lbs) each side x 10 reps
Set 2: 7,5kg (16,575 lbs) each side x 10 reps
Set 3: 10kg (22,1 lbs) each side x 10 reps
---> Sissy weight? Maybe, but the pump was insane... my arms were exploding...

Curl on Scott bench
UltraSet 1: 15kg (33,15 lbs) x 10 reps <DROP> 10kg (22,1 lbs) x 15 reps <DROP> 7,5kg (16,575 lbs) x 25 reps
UltraSet 2: 15kg (33,15 lbs) x 10 reps <DROP> 10kg (22,1 lbs) x 15 reps <DROP> 7,5kg (16,575 lbs) x 25 reps
---> I believe I were dying guys... 50 continuous reps are HARD.

Tnx 4 your words mates! :D

50 continuous reps aren't just hard, it's BRUTAL. you really killed your bis this session, 40 lbs dbs for 10 is great for curls. and you got a pb early session!

Fuck me Mvsf! Sterling sessions in here. The usual PB motif everywhere and a lot of hard work to get to it. Your pics should be something to see when you get them up in here! Another one with a shoulder issue - hope it is short lived for you too!

Sorry guys for not posting on your logs but I can't even post my sessions. I have no time this day.

This one is from Friday

LEGS-ABS [25/8/2006]

Squat
Set 1: 30kg (66,3 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 2: 50kg (110,5 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 3: 70kg (154,7 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 4: 70kg (154,7 lbs) x 10 reps
---> 12kg of my PB. I trained in my g/f gym.. there the bar weights a lot... way more than in my usual gym... :(

Leg extension
Set 1: 25kg (55,25 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 2: 35kg (77,35 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 3: 45kg (99,45 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 4: 45kg (99,45 lbs) x 10 reps
---> Shit! This machine sucks int hat gym... I hit my quads very hard, believe me, but weights are a lot different here... ULTRA pump

Hams lying curl
Set 1: 15kg (33,15 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 2: 20kg (44,2 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 3: 25kg (55,25 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 4: 25kg (55,25 lbs) x 10 reps
---> The same thing: insane pump. (Weights are 10kg of my PB... different machines, you know)

Standing calves raises on machine
Set 1: 60kg (132,6 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 2: 70kg (154,7 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 3: 80kg (176,8 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 4: 110kg (243,1 lbs) x 12 reps P.B.!!!
---> Here I took a PB very easy. Those 110kg were easier than my gym's 80kg...

Seated calves raises
Set 1: 130kg (287,3 lbs) x 25 reps
Set 2: 140kg (309,4 lbs) x 25 reps
Set 3: 150kg (331,5 lbs) x 25 reps
Set 4: 160kg (353,6 lbs) x 25 reps P.B.!!!
---> Same here. I normally do this without a lever, with the weight over my quads but this time... 160kgs (full stack)... 25 fast reps... good pump, but it wasn't heavy enough :D

Leg raises on dips machine (How is this called?)
Set 1: 0kg (0 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 2: 0kg (0 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 3: 0kg (0 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 4: 0kg (0 lbs) x 10 reps
---> First time for me. Nice movement.

Crunches
Set 1: 0kg (0 lbs) x 25 reps
Set 2: 0kg (0 lbs) x 25 reps
Set 3: 0kg (0 lbs) x 25 reps
Set 4: 0kg (0 lbs) x 25 reps
---> Boooooooring :D

That's all guys. Good workout I think... I still have lot of pain in my legs ( 2 days after workout :D).

Tnx 4 reading/posting!

Looking good my man you hit those squats from some serious reps. Do you ever think about upping the weight and lowering the reps to mix it up a little? Just a thought.
